After getting an outrageous estimate for Solar Panels on my home from a national company, I called SÌ Solar from a recommendation of a previous customer. Frank came to my home and gave me a detailed explanation of the entire process as well as a side-by-side comparison to my previous estimate. The customer service and communication throughout, from pre-construction and post installation was phenomenal! Monica takes care of the office with permits, submission of plans, contact with City and Utilities and I was in constant phone and email contact with her throughout. Economically, the package they presented to me was not only far cheaper, it was more convenient. They took care of filing for real estate tax abatement with NYC so I did not have to submit them. If you are considering getting Solar for your home, do yourself a favor and call SI Solar before you sign a contract with someone else. SI Solar solved all my problems. Before I found Frank and his team at SI Solar, I was taken for a ride. Long story short, some other contractor started my solar installation and completely dropped the ball. They totally ghosted me. Then I called a bunch of various companies (electricians, independent contractors, and other solar contractors), but no one was willing to or capable of helping me. Great prompt and reliable service, for replacing my solar inverter, which went bad. They were able to schedule me for a visit within two days of my initial call. After coming and finding the issue, they took down the required information and requested for warranty replacement on my solar inverter. The part arrived and was replaced exactly in two weeks!
