Go Solar With No Upfront Costcommercial solar panels brooklyn staten island new york

       1. Will My Monthly Bill Go Down – Or Be Eliminated?

When you put solar panels on your commercial building, your utility company will keep track of all the electricity you make when the sun is out in order to properly debit/credit your account when the sun isn’t shining. Over the course of a year, and as long as you can fit enough panels on your roof to cover your usage, you could eliminate anywhere from 70% to 100% of your utility bill.

       2. What About Utility Rate Increases?

Anyone who has solar is protected from ALL future utility rate increases. That’s right. Go solar, and the next time other businesses get a rate increase, that increase will NOT affect you. Your utility rate, AFTER you get solar, will never change!

       3. What About Federal, State and City Incentives and Tax Benefits?

The federal government, New York State and NYC offer certain incentives and tax credits to utilize renewable energy. These incentives are continuously changing. Contact us for more details about what is currently available. Some options include: a Federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC), a Production Tax Credit (PTC), a Modified Accelerated Cost-Recovery System (MACRS) + Bonus Depreciation, a NY-Sun Incentive, a NY State Sales Tax Exemption, and a New York City Property Tax Abatement (PTA).  Also, your tax professional should be able to give you a good idea of your potential tax benefits.

       4. Do We Have Experience?

We’ve been in business since 2014, however, our crew, on the other hand, has been installing large commercial and smaller residential solar systems for more than 20 years. Our architect will design your system, our crew will install it, and we’ll also monitor and maintain your system (like we do for all of our customers) to make sure it works 24/7 – as promised.

       5. Should I Be Concerned About My Roof If I Install Solar?

Installing solar panels on a flat commercial roof is significantly different from installing panels on a traditional – shingled – resident roof. Most commercial jobs are installed with ZERO roof penetrations. That’s right, we won’t need to put any holes in your roof. Many systems are ballasted, but as of this year, we have started using a new, easy to use system for installing commercial panels. It’s a spray-foam adhesive that’s used primarily in Florida that can handle even hurricane force winds. We will determine which system is right for you when we inspect your roof.

Complete the form below, and we will get a FREE estimate to you within a few days.

After that, we’ll send our crew out to do a site survey of your building. They will take measurements and photos of your roof (so our architect can design the right system for your needs) and, your main service panel (so our licensed electrician can determine how and where to “tie in” the solar panels on your roof with your main electric panel).

If you move forward with us, we’ll handle all  financing, engineering, permits, installation, inspections and all federal, state and city tax credits and incentives paperwork for you.

Feel free to call us at any time should you have any questions regarding the products or equipment we use, financing options or any of the federal, state or city incentives available.
